I’ve been guesting lately on the Choose FI podcast, and loving it so much. On the last roundup, we discussed the Transtheoretical Model of Change, which is just a helpful way to understand the different stages of growth. Check out the podcast to hear more. Notice just how many stages precede the action stage. I brought it up on the show because often people associate change with action. Fair! But here we can see there are steps that happen before action. And those steps are also important. It’s a problem if we spend years and years in contemplation (probably), but being in those early stages doesn’t necessarily mean we’re stuck.
In conclusion, trust the process, people.
